 3 sessions over 6–8 weeks — $600 CAD

This container allows us to move beyond surface insight and begin gently unwinding the deeper patterns shaping your experience.

 Together we work to re-anchor your system into greater truth, safety, clarity, and self-trust.

Includes:

    3 × 90-minute sessions

    integration support between sessions

    personalized practices (breathwork, ritual, somatic reflection)

No preparation is needed. I need your birth information sent to me at the time of booking (Date, Time (if known), Location of birth). If we are deepening I would love to know what you are most curious about and I may ask further questions to be answered before our session.
