This type of Coaching is different from the mainstream action based, linear type of coaching that is most common. This is an invitation into a sacred container to listen to the flow of your Soul's knowing and open the door to Soul based change.
You have an internal map and these sessions are designed to help you read it. We use a variety of tools, based on informed knowledge of Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), the Journey Method, and Soul Based Coaching techniques. Sometimes we are guided to work with my mediumship skills, or we use information found in your Akashic Records to learn about the Soul contracts you are working with, the archetypes your loved ones are playing out for you, your life lessons or healing deep past life trauma. I meet you where you are.
Be held in the love from your Self energy by a guide that sees you.
Each session is created intentionally to help you access your inner guidance system. You already have everything within you, you are resourceful and whole. I am just a gentle guide to help you remember and create sustainable change for a more evolved you.

Sessions are a sliding scale. If you appreciate the work I do for you, and by extension for others on the planet and would like to support that, I invite you to do so in a way that feels in alignment with you. The minimum is there to welcome those who may be more financially restricted and if there is capacity and heart centered knowing that this is worth more to you then I humbly receive.
