A Sacred Approach to Coaching


This type of coaching is unlike the mainstream, action-based, linear methods you may be familiar with. Instead, it invites you into a sacred container where we listen to the flow of your Soul’s wisdom and open the door to Soul-based transformation.

  • You already hold an internal map, and these sessions are designed to help you read it. There are multiple ways we address any blocks that surface. We draw on a variety of tools, based on informed knowledge, including:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • The Journey Method

  • Soul-Based Coaching techniques

  • Gene Keys

    In some sessions, we may be guided to work with:

  • Mediumship

  • The Akashic Records, exploring Soul contracts, archetypes, life lessons, ancestral healing or past-life trauma healing

Session Details

  • Duration: 75 minutes

  • Sliding Scale $150-$200 CAD (+HST for Canadian residents)

    If finances feel restrictive, please know that the minimum rate is set to welcome everyone. If you feel called to offer more in alignment with the value you receive, I humble and gratefully receive.

    Single sessions and Bundles

    • Individual sessions are available.

    • Bundles of 3-6 sessions offer a 10% discount. Please email me for this offer.
